Joe, power consumption numbers from Tom's article:

That's about what I expected after doing the math (-20% power consumption plus lower voltage). This is still below the 1 GHz PIII (which consumes more than 30W) but probably will be well above Tualatin. Another problem is that Tualtin will offer Speed Step 2.0 technology (or whatever they will call it). Looks like AMD has a very small window to establish mobile Athlon and Duron. They will have to compete on price.
