Hello Claude, I believe the amount is owed to Phillex, but I do not remember the terms off hand, convertible
debenture rings a bell but I would not say for certain. Would have to look at the financials. The stock is definetly a higher risk play but higher leverage. It
has basically been trading on exploration reults and as you know makes it a riskier venture, but also can give
huge rewards
