Oh yeah, that good, relying on the FBI testimony of an FBI Agent. We all know that the FBI does not withhold evidence or falsify evidence to get it man.

Mishandling some classified data doesn't exactly warrant a year in jail. In fact, if Lee was a Jew, I doubt he would have been in jail at all. Clinton probably would have pardoned him at the insistence of the Israeli government, just like rest of Israel's spies.
