Estephan, Mwa? short on Rambus, never buy it, never sell it. Just a neutral commentator. This is a story that unfolds with time. Rambus has been caught red handed and judged by both an experieneced judge as well as a jury. Whether or not this will be reversed? beats me, but it looks bad as it will take 5-6 years to go through all the levels of appeal and re-appeal and for that time period Rambus is a bad investment. If they win at the end you will see a rocket go up. If not there will be a small shell with some income. they may find another invention...who knows. One thing, real shorts keep quite and short the stock. I would accuse you of being a promoter.....just as bad as a basher Bill
