Although I agree in general principal with what you're saying, I think it's best to buy in anticipation of at least, Allen moving. Wait till it happens and it will be more expensive to get in. Other things are boding well on both the domestic (and I'm not refering to SBC merger, which will not happen) and particularly the international scene. If you're talking a long term hold, it's probably just as well to come in now, than later IMHO. Short term plays I'd be making elsewhere. Bill
