Could be. But the important point is that as late as one month ago, mobile Morgans were slated for Q3, but they popped up in Q2. See JC's transcript of the CC jc-news.com

So there may be a binsplit problem, but it isn't the only explanation. It is just as likely these are down-binned to satisfy a customer (Sony?) who wanted mobile Durons now. This was a sales or marketing driven decision.
