After listening to the Tesco conference call, I think the market might be reacting to the "large contract" large enough to "adjust and amend budgets" contract. Nothing more was said about it and no one asked... Tesco certainly has been conservative in their growth plans, they've funded capital expenditure internally with cash flow. Looking at the annual report the share float has hardly changed in the last 5 years. Maybe that's why the market has this company shares priced for perfection. Regards Frank P.
