yes, fleet and chase credit the gas rebates month to month.

the only thing I don't like is that they first deduct last month's rebate from this month's gas bill, then calculate the gas discount for this month - but they both do it so I guess that's it

I use the card fleet gulf card at a convenience store - for some reason they also give the gas rebate on convenience items you buy - so their milk is significantly below the usual super market price as a come on, and I am not above charging a gallon of milk!
