Management accumulating shares
TRIDEN TELECOM, INC.,- Robert S. Hardy, President of Triden
Telecom, (NQB Pink sheets: TRIT) announces that he and other members
of management have acquired additional common shares of the
corporation from the open market. Mr. Hardy has stated that he and
other members of management are holding the shares for investment
purposes and intend to acquire additional shares of the corporation at
their discretion as the executive officers of Triden, in compliance
with all applicable Federal regulations. Mr. Hardy further stated The
Company would be more prudent in its acquisition strategy. Triden's
experienced management team, is currently in position to work towards
recovery, and is expected to build conservatively. With both the Edlam
acquisition and the Digitec (http://www.digitecinfosys.com/)
acquisition complete, Triden is in a position to explore new growth
opportunities. The companies will likely start looking for new
acquisitions in the near future.
