fpembleton,
I've been following, investing and trading TESOF for over a year and since the low 5's. One thing I have found so far to be true about this company is that they are generally very truthful about their statements and on the conservative side at that. Now my experience with them does not stretch beyond early 2000 and the low 5's, when BIgBull brought this little gem to the threads attention, but they have been bang on since then.

Thus far I haven't seen enough activity to go much beyond their great earnings (predicted here by myself, "if not 4Q then 1Q") as concerns price action. While the PE may reflect some of the potential of the company, I believe it also reflects their conservative balance sheet.

Haven't listened to the CC myself as I had a very conflicted schedule that day and since, but if its still available I will. If they said they have a large contract potential I would certainly consider it a good possibility, IMHO, based on my experience with their PR...

PS, I will add that I SELDOM consider any company PR in investment decisions. TESOF is the exception to that rule for me.

Best,

Roebear
