IMHO---I bought some DTEC because I figured, given the price ratio and the "PAR" relationship of the two issues. Certainly, the resolution time frame is important, but I felt that the downside risk for DTEC has got to be much lower than PHOX...and then I thought the prospects of the product are promising. Add to all this the low cost of the investment, and I just had to put my bet on the table. I'm not pushing you...but these were my considerations. fred
