What a pathetic little buy out. $3.40 a share is all the ISLD is worth? Including Sandpiper, and the new deal with MSN. Seems very cheap to me. From the MKTW story:

"As a shareholder, I think the investors are not getting a fair deal, but obviously for the company and their operations, they're getting a good a deal," said David Bench, an analyst with Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder.

While Bench said he thought Digital Island should have been able to fetch $5 or $6 per share........................"

I bought 500 shares at $2 recently for the long haul, I was thinking buyout more like $10 bucks or so.

Of CWP, they have a P/E of 1.5. They are near their 52 week low and they have a 10 billion in cash (per Marketwatch story) although Yahoo says 7 billion.
