I think Greenspan should charge foreigners for holding US dollar accounts, cause the dollar is the King. After all, every prudent central banker knows that US dollar is much better than gold. That's why they keep more dollars than gold in reserves. And the negative interest rates + some printing will sure get US economy out of bubble-induced depression, so the buck will rally even more.-g-
