Ebay looks good on all the timely charts and would seem to push towards an upward breakout. But wait for the breakout for confirmation, you just never know sure. After it breaks, the target would be at least 61, the measurement of the estimated pennant or maybe even higher given the last leg up. My technical view. Fundamentally do your own DD!
