<remote chance> Especially given that this is in the heart of the Charcas mining district with a mine (4.5% Zn, 67g Ag, 0.26% Cu, and 0.32% Pb) 15 km away. Odds are overwhelming that there is something real down there. The initial PP that allows this many warrants (5.5 million with another million plus in options)to be exercised and stock to be sold into the market in lieu of is aggravating. That's about my only negative on this play. I'm always guessing the deal making prowess of individual juniors, and given what PLY has, I don't care for this structure. Seems like they gave up alot. Also the warrants are not exercisable until 2-21-02. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come? Just the same being able to have a shot at this one at these low 20's prices is a good bet.
