IMO, you have good insight into RMBS situation & can see right thru the bashers & shorts BS, regardless of how vehemently they protest it ain't true. You gotta be kidding me!!.....first this isnt about Jim or his insight......I have seen you call one or two people bashers when they are not "bashing" they are speaking negatively. There is a HUGE differance!. Additionally, many of these BASHERS, as you call them, have so far, hit the nail right on the head.
So far RMBS has been screwed. There aint any if's and's or but's about it. Regardless of your opinion, which we know is never wrong<ggg>, so far RMBS has lost every battle in the war...the stock is setting new 52 week lows daily, yet you sit here calling the folks that hit the nail on the head with their calls, bashers and you go on and on about how great things are for this company.

Maybe They win a decision or an appeal and shoot to the moon....very well could happen, but as of right now, they have lost all their battles, and the fud cloud is as thick as it's ever been. It could be years of legal battles with enormous fees...possible loss of revenue, possible having to pay back some royalties.......there looks to be alot more bad, then good that can come out of this, yet you come accross so snobbish like your mr. know it all and you know better. Listen, I dont know what happens....IF rmbs wins, they more then likely will soar to the moon..the more likely scenario is years of FUD.
Check your attitude at the door Tim....you come accross like you know better then the several judges and juries that have heard the evidence and ruled thus far...thats laughable......I read you arguing with some guy about Jaromir jagr...first, let me say I think he is a great player.....but his own OWNER and possible greatest player of all time said jagr lacks discipline, has poor practice habits, needs to be more of a leader, does not play all out all the time and leave his guts on the ice and a bunch more stuff........Now again, i like Mario, think Jagr is a great player, but you come off like you know better then mario...the owner...the possible best ever....the guy that watches and see's and plays with him everyday??????
Like I said...reality time Tim.....I have alot of respect for your opinions because honestly, your a damned smart guy, BUT, in all the time I have known you, I have NEVER seen you admitt your wrong. Your opinion is ALWAYS the right one.....there is no arguing or discussing with you. You know better then Mario Lemieux and you know better the the several judges and juries to have rulled so far......think about that for a minute......
Like I said, I respect you because your a very smart guy, but smart guys are allowed to be wrong sometimes....and when they are, we call them Men, when they admitt it, so don't feel like you have to be right 100% of the time, which seems to be the case with you. I see you discount a person on this thread as a basher, while I see this person as the most knowledgable poster on the thread. he constantly posts pertinent info and data directly realted to this....he isnt running around screaming idiot things that bashers do....he presents facts and data, and you dismiss him as a basher.....tey so far he has been 100% right!!
Anyway, like I said, I dont know what rmbs does...they could shoot to the moon, but face it...and admitt it...things have not gone well for them, and it looks to be an uphill battle from here. Will it be? I dont know, but since you deal with facts as a living, you must admitt, right now things have not gone their way and are not looking their best.
