RRRR - just read the merger news Initial thoughts are RRRR has a floor price of $2.00 RRRR shareholders are basically getting a convertable preffered. I think that tomorrow RRRR shares will probably trade between 1.85 and 1.90 It looks like my initial analysis of RRRR was way offbase, as they appear to be quite the POS. Based on the earnings and revenue numbers I think we got lucky not to lose 25% I would welcome other opinions and conclusions. Michail
