Do you have a clue who I consider a basher on this thread? I seriously doubt it Keith..... unless you have ESP. FWIW, those who I consider a basher have been caught red handed with the lies, deceit, misrepresentations, etc...... based on credible, verifiable evidence...... IE, their own words conflicted with known facts..... repeatedly..... as part of their bashing of RMBS.

RMBS share price is down at this point in time. The litigation is far from over. RMBS lost the 1st round & uncertainty abounds. There is a slew of NASD listed stocks that have been down 70 - 80 90+% down from their highs this year...... RMBS, like many of these companies has IP on memory that provide make them a significant & growing source of high margin revenues for years.
The bashers on this thread have also cast considerable FUD on ALL RMBS IP as well. Are you saying they are spot here too? There are numerous IP issues that are far from being settled. Are you saying that you & the bashers are already certain about future developments?
FWIW, RMBS current share price in no way equates to making the bashers right. How could you possibly conclude that the people who have totally disrupted this thread with all manner of lies, deceit, manipulation, FUD, & a constant stream of negative spin on anything RMBS is right (Oh, & don't forget their sneaky tactics used to avoid responding directly when they're caught with misinformation, FUD & lies via relentless series of posts filled with a stream of insults, mindless drivel, &/or they start a new line of BS while ignoring the latest lie they just got caught in)?
Surely you don't think these guys have been 100% factual, completely honest as well as spot on with their constant drivel. GMAFB&GYFHOOYA They had the same load of FUD & BS when RMBS was a darling of the street. Were they right then too?
I do not subscribe to that theory Keith..... there's just too many holes in it...... particularly when you consider the whole of what the bashers have said..... and the fact that the war is far from over..... heck it has only begun.
If RMBS wins future cases or they settle the lawsuits & collects royalties, will the bashers be right then? If the answer is no, then how are they right now?
The only thing they are right about is that RMBS share price is down at this point in time. IMO, they are right about that, but not for the reasons they want you to believe.
Precisely how do you define 'hitting the nail on the head' Keith? Do you give extremely wide latitude in your interpretation of that statement..... you know..... like hitting the nail on the head..... or making contact with anything within 100 yards of the head of the nail....... tee he he :-

Um, there has only been one court case lost & it is going to be appealed. Hmmm, you said battles. Could you list a second, third, or fourth battle RMBS lost?? I guess all the companies who have already signed royalty agreements are also among that long list of lost battles? What about their patent portfolio? Are they all among the lost battles?
Perhaps you have issue clouding your perception of reality. I'm quite comfortable I'm right about that Keith.
