Rambus can't and won't win anything, and they know it. Their only hope was to get the RAM manufacturers to decide that a percent or two off the the top was less trouble than a nasty court fight. I didn't happen. Now the game is over, and the only question is who'll be smart enough to get out and who'll be the losers left holding the stock. Dan
