I never thought any place in Texas had a chance. Too big a difference in atmospheric and social climate for a group hailing from Seattle. Between 110 in the shade, drought, and the question being what kind of gun you own rather than whether you own a gun - Texas just wouldn't do for a bunch of former Seattle citizens. Dan, makes sense.....plus Condit is a former boy scout...the Big D maybe a little to racy for his blood. :O) BTW, I like the building they picked...architecturally, its cool. Chicagoans must be pretty happy! Its a major coupe for the city.....not in terms of major benies or employment but rather in terms of prestige, don't you think? ted
