Hugbo: I saw the information in www.insidertrader.com part of which is free and part of which is $50/yr and I find worthwhile. I don't recall if my information came from the free or the subscription side; however, here's the simple story: in the period 24-29 April, "three vice presidents" purchased $448,370 worth of stock at average of $6.59/share.
