Equities Magazine is a respected traders magazine, covering low priced stocks, special situation stocks, etc. Located in NY City, their phone # is 212-213-1300. They run conferences on trading, as well as the magazine and a newsletter. I'm sure a call will satisfy your doubts, as well as possibly get you samples of their products. The suggestion that this is a "shell" company is nonsense, as is the notion that Olympus developed it to make us feel secure. Seriously Hector, what's your game? Are you shorting this stock? DaveF
