The other shoe has dropped.

The early venture capital investor referred to in my previous post
has monetized half its investment in Ckfr by selling 1.3 million shares
to a few institutional investors at $17 per share through Furman Sells.
What is particularly interesting is that the investors were willing to
pay up for the block from the then current current market price, rather
than try to buy the big block at a discount. In any event, those
shares no longer overhang the market and that potential investor
concern is out of the way.
