PS I think one should take note of the relatively small percentage of the subscribers of each cableco that has been converted to Digital TV (extra $10-$20/month), CM (extra $20-$40/month), and Tele (extra $50/month). In spite of this, the reality is that the equipment supplier's market caps have been destroyed (SFA being the one exception as it's only off 60%!<g>).
