I didn't say that. Heck I was a rmbs long partly because of those signed license agreements. So no, they are not lost battles, BUT now they are indeed going to be battles nonetheless. Do you really think folks are going to keep sending in royalty payments...especially if they keep losing in court?? Samsung has an out clause, I would imagine others do as well, so no they arent lost battles at all, but does it not bother you that they may become battles, and may be lost? Are you aware of what is going on? Yea, and what about all those patents...so far, some have been thrown back in rmbs's face.....why do you think they are in court? You are walking around with blinders on, my friend. talking about patent portfolios and etc, while the company is currently in court trying to get their patents upheld.
This is a company mired in FUD....They could shoot to the moon with a favorbale ruling, I have no doubt about that....I also have no doubt that the FUD could is as thick as ever and the road ahead looks very bumpy.....you do not see it this way, and since there is no way to win an argument with you, I will not try. If you can't see what is right in front of your face, then that seems to be your problem, not mine.
