That's a first, and something that I wanted to see happen. This is the way that most brokers handle things when they are clearly wrong.

Now, Datek, don't rest on your laurels, we need to hear this occasionally to make sure that it isn't just a one-time act for show.

I guess they'll never beat that rude NY attitude out of their reps, but you can't have everything. :)
