MeD-- many that do not have a dollar value. I NEVER had a problem with any purchased (probably well over 30) and they are always there to answer questions. My friends tell me the service is great for them too. BTW-- before the sale anyway,, they were dealing. Give them the prices from DELL & CPQ and see what they will do.The last lady that bought one found they would compete,, but she still paid a couple bux more. I have no experience with any service but DELL and have found no fault with them either,, but 1 problem never should have been there. Also a neighbor had enough agrivation with a DELL they finally sent him another machine. He has had zero problems with the replacement but the 1st one never worked.
