MRVC CONVERTIBLE BONDS: It seems I am in a perpetual debate with myself about the merits of owning MRVC converts. The current pricing is at: nasdaq.com Would any of you financial types like to give your opinions as to their merits at this point? I see the call date is only about a month away. I presume it is very unlikely that MRVC will exercise the call. Would the value of the bonds appreciate more significantly after this date? Percentage wise, the $13.52 conversion price seems pretty far away--but the last day we closed above this price was only on Feb 26! Are there any compelling reasons why not to own these converts, if one believes in the longer-term outlook for MRV? Best wishes, Jim
