I don't know when it begins but if our count is correct, it must begin. I don't think it will begin right after the fed but that's just an opinion. Hey, the 'B' may have ended yesterday for all we know. We'll know soon enough. (if we break NDX 1808, it negates the idea that the recent up is impulsive) The eventual 'C' may fail of course.
