Ron Powell talks about the Jim Fair problem!!

"FALCON: There were others in the lab that reported to you that didn't feel that there was much probability of success with the Jim Fair project, isn't that true?
POPPE: Objection, vague.
POWELL: I don't remember anyone coming to me with that concern.
FALCON: People had asked to get out of Jim Fair's lab project, had they not?
POPPE: Objection, vague.
POWELL: I don't remember -- well, certainly Mike and Mary did, yes.
FALCON: About how Carl Herrera?
POWELL: I don't remember Carl asking me not to work on the BST project.
FALCON: Did he get out of that project, though?
POWELL: I -- to be honest, I don't remember what Carl's involvement was in the project. He worked in the machine shop.
FALCON: How about Dave Humber?
POWELL: I don't remember -- Dave was the -- I think in this time period was the head of the machine shop. I don't remember Dave saying he didn't want to work on the project.
FALCON: Did he tell you his misgivings about the project?
POWELL: I don't remember him telling me that.
FALCON: How about Ron McFarland?
POPPE: What about him?
FALCON: Either -- first, did he want out of that project?
POWELL: Well, I --"
