First American Scientific Corp. - Cloverdale demonstration and sales center nears completion First American Scientific Corp (FASC-OTC, BB) VANCOUVER, May 15 /PRNewswire/ - Brian Nichols, Chief Executive Officer and President of FASC is pleased to announce that construction of its new demonstration and sales center in Cloverdale is well underway, with expected completion by mid June 2001 when we will be installing one KDS 300 Micronex on the four acre site.
This heavy duty machine will initially be used to process large volume samples for ongoing projects, a final bench test for the Beau Pre gold joint venture, and ultimately, be put into production. "We are pleased to finally be re-locating to a facility which will allow us to showcase the equipment and give us some room to move about," says Chris Squire, the newly appointed Vice President of Marketing who will oversee the project.
"The River Road research center will remain open, but will now be able to concentrate on system design improvements and increasing the efficiency of processing various products."
