Certainly it differs from Pastor to Pastor but the fundamental doctrine is the same. The UPC church is legalistic and adheres to some rules that are steadfast amongst the followers. All the woman have long hair, wear long skirts, no makeup; they are forbidden to wear pants, shorts, bathingsuits, etc. Drinking and smoking is forbidden long with many other rules that are too numerous to mention.
