flatsville..."limited high voltage transmission line capacity" amazing how the "regulated" power monopoly was always able to deliver at a reasonable kwh rate.....and now, excuses for everything! meanwhile, 40000mw is sitting idle in existing coal fired generating stations because of the epa rulings over the past several years.....supply is available to meet current demand....just need to start up some coal fired boilers...
