ETCR, just talked to Frank Dickey, CEO,859-268-4446 wasn't sure of the float, estimated it to be between 2 and 4 million.
I asked when we would find out "who" the new company is and was told two weeks.
He also said to expect 2 "exciting" (his words) PR's before then.
