Thanks to all for helpful information and, as I mentioned in my first post here, the positive tone to be found on this thread.

I am under water...foolish to have bought at 16+. I will be following closely to watch for the turn around and will definately be buying after it starts moving upwards.

Again, are there any REAL employees reading / writing on this thread? How does the company look from the inside? Positive, negative, enthusiastic, pessimistic????
