Interesting article in Forbes re PSINet entitled
"Digital Hubris".....excerpt may shed some light on the TvWorldwide financing or it may not.....
"And as cash from each new junk bond issue came in, it often passed right through PSINet—the venture arm lent it to upstarts, which then funneled the funds back to PSINet for service. Voila: new revenue."
