You have been predicting that the market would recover since January 3rd, so you've been at that wishing well a long time. So far the only evidence that we have seen the bottom is the April rally, but we don't yet know if that was the real bottom, or if it will turn out to be like the January rally.

We really don't know yet? Well I am positioned and have to know only this. In the past twenty-five years when the market has seen its fifth rate cut the S and P has risen an average of 25% one year later (as reported on NBR this evening.) Good enough for me.

Assess this information anyway you want but those that wait to see confirmation usually are on the outside looking in.
