The 1.13 and 1.2 are new (BOXED?) processor products revealed in the May 27, 2001 Intel price list.

EDIT - just saw that Mike says they are Tualatins (in an earlier article). Why not release them as mobiles? Packaging not ready?

Effective May 27, 2001
Effective May 27, 2001, Intel will reduce prices on select Intel® Pentium® III
processors and Intel Celeron™ processors sold through authorized
distributors.

The percentage decline of Intel's published 1000-unit processor price is
listed below, along with the new boxed processor Intel Channel Rebate
(ICR, previously MIP). This percentage of price decline is similar to the
price decline for Intel boxed processors sold to authorized distributors. Intel
Product Dealers should expect to see similar percentage declines in their
quoted boxed processor prices from authorized distributors. The new price
and ICR are effective as of May 27, 2001. Please contact your authorized
Intel distributor after May 27 for specific pricing and availability details.
