Hello everyone! I am happy to be an active participant of this new thread that we created on SI. It is my intention to help further your trading education by answering your questions, providing educational materials, and teaching in-depth techniques in our Online Trading Education Center (www.intradayinvestments.com). Since I am new to the SI community, I have provided a brief bio of myself below:

Deron Wagner, along with Ed Balog, was the founding partner and present manager of Intraday Investments hedge fund, which was formed in July of 2000. His primary role at the hedge fund is that of short-term stock and options trader. Prior to managing the hedge fund, Wagner successfully short-term traded his personal account for five years using the methodology of relative strength sector trading.

Wagner is also the co-author of two books related to short-term stock trading. His first book, The Long-Term Day Trader, which he co-authored with Michael Sincere, was among the top-selling financial books in the summer of 2000. His second book, The After-Hours Trader, was published in September of 2000 by McGraw-Hill. He has also appeared on several nationwide television programs, including CNBC's Today's Business, ABC's World News Now, and Yahoo! Finance Vision.

In addition to trading, Wagner also enjoys teaching others the methodology he employs on a daily basis. He has several years of experience in teaching fellow traders through a combination of public training sessions and private mentoring. Wagner started teaching trading methodology to others in 1998, while employed with a Miami-based brokerage firm.
