Job Posting In my opinion job postings are not a great indicator. They can be a warning sign of trouble if the company has high turnover. If a so called growth company has a layoff or a downsizing sell short. A growth company should easily re-deploy employees if it is truly growing. A recent example of a growth company with a layoff is Boston Market. I will not be surprised if they come out with lots of negative news in the future.
