says who?....the utility industry or anyone who knows that to clean stack emissions to 97% is viable, but to get another percent or two is not economically feasable....

a coal fired boiler emits no hazardous waste...merely carbon by products of combustion....water is not effected as most of the loops are closed systems...

even spent nuclear waste is now being safely handled and stored via a vitrification process....i've got a sample from the initial pilot process on my desk as a paper weight...i'm not glowing yet, and it's been about ten years...
