Benny, IMO the bonds will definitely be called - they have to clear them before the LMNE distribution. I agree with akmike, as soon as MRVC is high enough and after 6/15 (and favorable IRS letter received) they will call.

Note that I don't think they will actually PAY much though, as they have to give 30-60 days notice, and in that time I expect the bond holders to convert to get LMNE shares.
