from the 10Q...speaking of needing a sense of humor...look at the wording of the last exception in spinning off LMNE shares... <<- nothing must have happened in the intervening time between the Luminent offering and the distribution, including a future change in market or economic conditions or in our or Luminent's business and financial condition, that causes our board of directors to conclude that the distribution is not in our best interest or the best interest of our stockholders.>> ******************** <<NOT IN OUR BEST INTEREST or the best interest of our stockholders!?!?!?!?!?>> since when is it legal to put the director's, employee's, management's interest in front of the stockholder's???
