You may be right here. While it may appear that Bramson can thumb his nose at common shareholders, he cannot get away with this approach with the debt holders and the institutional holders (there are currently 21 of them holding 1.2MM shares). These people do not tolerate "It can go to zero." non-sence.

So, either EB has everyone, that matters, convinced that Ampex is an ongoing concern, the Amex is a new one needing convincing, or he is engaged in lengthy negotions which will have a satisfactory outcome to generally much better informed investors.

Things such as the bridge loan recent placement and the still strong institutional presence seem to indicate that at least these people are satisfied.
