We wish to advise our shareholders that our news release dated April 20, 2001 contained an error when it stated 90,000 tons of non-tire scrap rubber is expected to be processed. The figure should have read 90,000 lbs. per month from the Ontario market. The 90,000 tons should have referred to available supply in North America.
