I don't use sugar and I don't boil it... I put the lemon juice into a large mixing bowl and I add the cold water and some Equal for sweetener... then, I use a hand held mixer to make sure the liquids mix well with each other and with the Equal... it does become kind of frothy after about 30 seconds... I pour it into a gallon container and I keep it in the fridge until it's gone, about 5-6 days..... I'm pretty sure the recipe would be the same for limeade..... GZ
