PPD scandal on cnbc now bid is 15, last ask was 19, they were over 20 last week. they went to 10 when thestreet posted an article about their funny accounting methods. That is what sparked the SEC investigation. I wonder where they will open when they resume trading again. They expect to resume shortly. I don't know when they will resume.
