Bridge Player: What you refer to is UTOPIA. How long will MRVC remain above 13+ if bondholders convert and sell? Remember, bonds were bought as investment for the 5% return. See some of Webdrones old posts. Supposedly the bondholders are the ones carrying the big short position(once again according to some of Webdrones old posts).

If those assumptions are true, then the bondholders will accept their money back and not convert without a substantial premium. If they truly are the short position, then the high price will still be meaningless to them. Therefor, they will want cold cash. Cash that Noam will not want to part with.
