Place order to buy 12 shares of Equitable Resources (EQT), with a limit of 80 dollars a share. (i.e. if it opens under 80 dollars, get the market price).

Order expires after May 17, 2001.

This company deals with oil and gas. Reasonable P/E, moderate balance sheet (not too leveraged, but not exactly cash-rich either), and rather dilutive compensation scheme (options for 4.6% of the company for year 2000 were issued at a strike price of 38-39 dollars a share)..

The general focus, however, is that I think energy problems in the USA are going to get a lot worse, very soon.
