Both the DOW and the S&P have broken long term down trends. The nasdaq is the only lagger here, but regardless, the action of the other two indexes can be considered bullish.

I will now be putting on my plastic bull horns for now. Upside targets for the immediate term are...

DOW 11,400

S&P 1300

Naz 2200-2250

Longer term, I am unsure yet, but I will say that if the DOW breaks above it's high around 11,750, there's a good chance it could see a few thousand points higher.
